Tap the + button on the dashboard to create a room. Give it a name, then tap Share to copy your unique invite link. Send it to friends via WhatsApp, SMS, or any messaging app. Friends can join instantly — they don't need an account.

Make sure location permissions are set to Always Allow in your phone's Settings → MeetEasy. Also check that Background App Refresh is enabled. If the issue persists, exit and rejoin the room to force a refresh.

A Privacy Room hides your exact location on the map from other participants. Instead, only your live ETA is shared. This is ideal for date nights or meetups where you want people to know when you'll arrive but not where you currently are. Enable it when creating a room by toggling Privacy Mode.

Background Live Sharing keeps your ETA syncing with the room even when the app is closed or your screen is locked. Inside a room, tap Live Background Sharing and choose 1, 3, or 8 hours. It stops automatically when the timer ends or when you exit the room.

Inside a room, tap Open Coordination Hub, then use the search bar to find nearby cafes, bars, or restaurants. Tap a place to add it to the poll. Anyone in the room can then vote, and the top pick can be set as the group's destination.

Check that notifications are enabled for MeetEasy in your phone's Settings → Notifications → MeetEasy. A destination and scheduled time must both be set in the room for reminders to trigger. Make sure your transport mode is also selected so the app can calculate your departure time accurately.

When you tap Exit Room, your location tracking stops instantly and your data is removed from the room. If you are the room creator and you delete the session, all participant data and room history is permanently wiped from our servers.

Guests joining via an invite link can participate in a room without signing up. However, to create rooms, pin favourites, and access your dashboard, a free account is required.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. If you have trouble finding this option, email us at ketan.acc4s@gmail.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

ETAs are calculated using your selected transport mode. Make sure you've set the correct mode (Driving, Walking, or Two-Wheeler) inside the room. ETAs also require an active internet connection to update — check your connectivity if values seem stale.
